A beautiful coast in East Iceland.
Here I used a magic cloth technique to give the sky occasional short bursts of exposure to increase the blur. Over the 30 seconds, I exposed the sky with around 6 X half second bursts… equalling about 3 seconds.
The foreground had around 20 seconds of exposure, because half of the sky exposures were reverse grad exposures.
