The incredible cliffs in this Iceland Landscape photo are on the coastline of the East Fjords. I took this dramatic coastal photo in Vattarnes between Reyðarfjörður & Fáskrúðsfjörður. Fáskrsfjörur is located about halfway up the East coast. The tunnel, which takes you from here to Reyarfjörur in roughly 15 minutes, is welcomed by the majority of visitors, but if you want to get the most out of the area, bypass the tunnel and continue through Fáskrsfjörur.
The jagged cliffs of Vattarnes face out into the Norwegian sea. A lighthouse & the road are the only man made objects in sight.
East Fjords of Iceland
Photographers can find plenty of seaside scenery and mild mountains inland on a trip around Iceland’s East Fjords. Drivers in a hurry should avoid the area. Going in and out of the fjords takes time because all of the roads are curving.
Iceland wall art
This Icelandic landscape image will give your wall a little drama. To portray the drama on the glacier beach, I selected the materials. This high-quality photo print will be the ideal housewarming present. Iceland’s distinctive topography and climate provide a wide range of subject matter to explore when it comes to nature photography. There is no shortage of breathtaking landscapes to photograph, including glaciers, waterfalls, black sand beaches, beautiful mountains, and volcanoes.
